Good package deal, website a bit slow

Booked a flight and hotel bundle for a trip to Miami. The price was competitive, definitely saved some money compared to booking separately. The hotel was exactly as described. My only minor complaint was that the website felt a bit sluggish when I was trying to compare different options. Delivery of the e-tickets was instant, which was good.

Good value, slow customer service

I used CheapTickets to book a flight and hotel package for a Städtereise to Rome. The price was competitive, much better than some other sites I checked. The booking process itself was smooth, and I received my E-Tickets promptly. However, I had a question about baggage fees, and it took a couple of days to get a clear answer from customer service. The hotel was great and the flight was on time, so overall it was a good trip. Just wish support was a bit faster.

Easy flight booking

I booked a Hin- und Rückflug to Miami last week. Site was straightforward, found what I needed fast. Confirmation email came quickly. No issues, got the tickets printed. Simple process.

Reliable as always for car rental

I've used CheapTickets several times now, mostly for car rentals. This time I booked an economy car for a weekend trip to Denver. The process was just as smooth as my previous bookings. No surprises, the confirmation came through quickly, and the rental company had all the details. It's consistently reliable, which is why I keep coming back.

Detailed review of my hotel booking

I booked a secret bargain hotel in San Francisco for a 3-night stay. The booking process was clear; I appreciated the details about what was included. Confirmation was immediate, and I received a follow-up email with my itinerary. The hotel itself exceeded expectations for the price I paid – it was a boutique hotel near Union Square. Check-in was smooth, no issues at all with the reservation. The only slight hiccup was finding the specific entrance to the hotel, but that's more on the city than CheapTickets. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish, and the price was unbeatable for that area. I would definitely recommend trying their secret bargain deals.

First time using, good value

This was my first time booking with CheapTickets. I was looking for a good deal on a domestic flight for a family visit. Found a one-way flight that was significantly cheaper than other sites I checked, which was great for my budget. The whole booking process was straightforward. I didn't use any special codes, but the base price was good enough that I felt I got solid value for my money. Worth it.

Awesome flight to Orlando!

Just got back from Orlando and my flight booking through CheapTickets was so easy! The price for the round trip was fantastic. I even earned some CheapCash which I'm already planning to use on my next trip. I'm telling all my friends about this site!

Consistent service, reliable bookings

This was my third time booking with CheapTickets, and they were consistent as always. I booked a Gabelflug for a business trip, flying into Munich and out of Berlin. Like my previous experiences with a Last Minute Flug and a Hotel booking, the website interface was easy to navigate and the prices were very competitive for the routes I needed. I appreciate that they usually have a good selection of flights, even for more complex itineraries. My E-Tickets arrived without a hitch, just like the last times. It's why I keep coming back, they just get the job done reliably every time.

Got my concert tickets

Needed concert tickets for a show last month. Found them on CheapTickets. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted and pay. Got the e-tickets right away. No drama, just worked out.
